Definition of CSAE
CSAE includes:

- Production, distribution, or possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Arranging or attempting to arrange a marriage with a minor.
- Any communication that attempts to solicit or exploit a minor.
Prohibited Content and Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Profiles or content indicating intent to engage in CSAE.
- Profiles misrepresenting age, especially if under 18.
- Communication that attempts to groom, solicit, or exploit a minor.
- Attempts to arrange or facilitate a marriage with a minor.
- Content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates CSAE.
- Links to external websites containing CSAE.
- Providing false age information.
Age Verification
- Accurate age information is required during registration.
- Additional age verification may be implemented.
- Profiles suspected of underage activity will be suspended pending verification.
Reporting CSAE
Report suspected CSAE to:

- Profile URL or username.
- Description of the content or activity.
- Relevant screenshots or evidence.
Reports will be investigated, and law enforcement will be contacted when necessary.
Cooperation with Authorities
New India Matrimony will fully cooperate with law enforcement in CSAE and underage marriage investigations.
